100th Day of Kindergarten!

I can hardly believe it's already been 100 Days of KINDERGARTEN!  The year is half over but oh what fun it's been!  Each Kindergartener had an assignment to collect 100 of any item and find a creative way to display it.  After brainstorming many, many, many...MANY options, Kenzie settled on CRAYONS!  We got to work collecting and organizing making sure we had exactly 100!  I helped with the hot glue but my talented girl did the rest!  I was impressed with the outcome and skill she had to get it done! (We may have a perfectionist on our hands...wonder where she gets it?)
 
 

Then we both applied heat with hair dryers...and voila!

The 100th day of Kindergarten started with a balloon launch of, you guessed it, 100 BALLOONS!

Sad little miss let hers go just a bit too early (oops!)

Momma came to the rescue but we couldn't quite shake the sadness to smile
despite the (even better) pink heart balloon. :)

Preparing for the count...

"Zero the Hero" (a.k.a. the pricipal) showed up to help us out!
